Our working environment is friendly and informal, and welcomes all. We emphasise teamwork and expect colleagues to collaborate, share information and help each other out.

We recognise the importance of having a good work-life balance, and believe work should fit around “life”, not the other way around! Work should not get in the way of making it to your child’s school play or being able to fit in care for an elderly relative, and so we make it easy to get away from the office for appointments, or to agree a flexible working pattern.

We commit time and resources to training, gaining additional qualifications and to professional development. This goes beyond the kind of “box-ticking” attitude of doing the minimum to fulfil formal Continuing Professional Development required by our regulator, but going beyond this to provide practical knowledge sharing and education to make sure our skills are up to date.
