Sian has a diploma in management accounting and recently started her own practice, SLABS Accounting, through which she works with Scintilla and other clients.
She initially retrained in accountancy while working as a climbing instructor for Rock Over Climbing in Manchester. Since her initial training she has worked in a number of industries, including construction & robotics.
