Jess has 13 years of legal experience, with nearly six years in Intellectual Property as an IP Secretary, then administrator.
This experience includes patent filing and prosecution at the UKIPO, EPO, and International Patent Applications; registered design filings in the UK, EU and Hague International System, and trade mark filings in the UK, EUIPO and Madrid International Trade Marks. In addition, she has experience with all these IP rights in global jurisdictions and also in appeal and opposition matters in trade mark and patent cases.
Outside of work she volunteers with Age UK, providing befriending and stepping out services for older people.
